1. What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect the details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, travel dates and tour preferences — to answer your enquiry and organise your trip. We keep a record of enquiries and email correspondence so we can follow up and improve our service.

2. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use this site and to make our advertising more effective. The services involved are:

• Google Analytics — anonymous statistics about which pages are visited and where visitors come from.
• Google Ads — measurement of which ads lead to enquiries, and remarketing to people who visited the site. If you arrived from a Google ad and allowed advertising cookies, we store the ad click reference with your enquiry and, if you book, report the booking (and its value) back to Google Ads so we can see which ads bring bookings. No name, email or phone is shared for this. You can withdraw anytime via Cookie settings.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measurement of ads on Facebook and Instagram, and remarketing.

Where you accept advertising cookies, we also send Google a hashed (scrambled) copy of the email address you give us in an enquiry form, together with your enquiry event. Hashing makes the email unreadable to anyone else; Google matches it against its own signed-in users so ad measurement and reporting become more accurate (Google calls this “enhanced conversions”). We never send your raw email to advertising platforms in this way, and we do not sell your data.

3. Your choice and how to change it

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec are asked for their cookie choice in a banner before advertising measurement is fully enabled; rejecting keeps those ad signals limited. Visitors elsewhere can opt out at any time using the same control. You can review or change your choice whenever you like via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page — rejecting later also stops the hashed email from being sent with any new events.

4. How we use your enquiry details

Your name, email, phone number and trip details are used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and itineraries, and — if you book — organise your tour. We may send you a short follow-up about your enquiry. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also contact us at admin@seerendipitytours.com to have your details removed.

5. Other websites

Our pages link to partners such as GetYourGuide, Google Maps and WhatsApp. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave ours.
